LE PETIT CHEF – A FEAST FOR THE SENSES


Grand Hyatt Singapore and Le Petit Chef invites you to experience the best of theatre and dining in a 2-hour immersive culinary journey following the footsteps of Marco Polo across the Silk Road.

Featuring cutting-edge 3D visual technology and digital mapping, treat yourself to an immersive culinary journey with Le Petit Chef at your table, paired with themed music, props, and an exquisite 6-course menu.

Le Petit Chef Marco Polo will run from 5 September to 1st July 2020 at the exclusive wine cellar, La Cave of Grand Hyatt Singapore’s award-winning flagship restaurant, mezza9. 4 sessions are available daily at 12:30pm, 3pm, 6pm and 8:30pm, and each session is limited to 16 diners only.

All 6 course menus are inclusive of the following:

  • Complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail by National Championship bartenders at mezza9’s award-winning party room and martini bar
  • A special 3D animated story presented by a mezza9 host
  • 6-course menu crafted by Grand Hyatt Singapore Executive Sous Chef, Chef Steffan Heerdt
  • Option to include Dom Perignon Champagne, Stags Leap wines from USA, and Inniskillin dessert wines as part of the Beverage Package
Free-flowing beverages available exclusively for high tea only.

To ensure that all guests enjoy their dining experience, children under the age of 4 are not encouraged to attend.
